- • Community features and social golf networking
User Responsibilities

Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Clubhouse Golf, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, course maps, and software, are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
VividMap AI Technology
Our VividMap AI system uses advanced machine learning to generate course imagery:
- • Generated maps are for golf gameplay enhancement only
- • Accuracy is optimized but not guaranteed for surveying purposes
- • AI-generated content may not reflect real-time course conditions
- • Commercial use of generated maps requires separate licensing
Limitation of Liability
Clubhouse Golf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with or without notice.
Changes to Terms
